Maesteg Keeper of the Colliery Run 2026
Family COLOUR RUN
On Sunday the 28th June 2026, runners from across South Wales can take part in the Keeper of the Colliery 5K and 10K Run.

Event day times:
Registration: 8.30am to 10.45am
Start 10K: 11am
Start 5K: 11.30am
Presentation to winners: 1pm
Colour Run: 1pm
Event and fun day finishes: 3pm
General event information:
The run was first organised as part of the Maesteg Festival 2019.
The race starts at Maesteg Comprehensive school and takes in the great view of the Llynfi Valley.
The runners also get to run past the great keeper of the colliery.
This Entry ticket is for the Family COLOUR RUN which takes part after the timed race has finished.
This year there is also a race T-Shirt option – you have to pre order your T-Shirt
